Shipping policy

We only ship within the UK - using Royal Mail.

Most orders are processed within 1 working day. Orders placed over the weekend or on bank holidays are processed next working day.

Standard - Monday to Saturday, (3-5 working days): £2.99
Express - Monday to Saturday, (1-2 working days): £3.99
Free standard delivery when you spend £30 or more

We take no responsibility for lost or delayed orders due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address entered at checkout. Please carefully check you have entered the correct address when checking out and also on your order confirmation email. Delivery FAQ

Can I change my delivery address?
Yes, but you need to let us know as soon as possible as we process most orders within 24 hours. Contact: customerservice@cultscents.com

Can I place an order to a different address?
Yes, you will have the option to choose a delivery address during the checkout process – this can be different from the billing address.

What do I do if I entered an incorrect delivery address during checkout?
Contact us as soon as possible. We can not be held responsible for lost or delayed orders if you have entered an incorrect address during the checkout process.

What if I'm not at home when my delivery comes?
Don’t worry, all our orders fit through a letterbox so you won’t need to wait in for your order.

Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?
No. We reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address isn’t secure. For example, a communal postal address. If this affects your order, we’ll notify you as soon as possible.

Do you deliver outside of the UK?
No. We only ship within the UK currently.
