What do I do if I didn't get my order?
We send you an email to inform you when your order has been dispatched. If a tracked service was selected during checkout then please use the tracking number provided to get an up date on the Royal Mail website.
Please allow 5 working days to receive your order if you selected a Standard delivery service. If you haven't received your order after 5 working days email the customer service team.
Have you checked for any delivery cards? Your parcel may have been left somewhere safe, such as with a neighbour or been taken to a local depot.

Is Standard delivery tracked?
Yes.
How long does delivery take?

Can I change my delivery address?
Yes, but you need to let us know as soon as possible as we process most orders within 24 hours. Contact: customerservice@cultscents.com
Do you deliver to a BO Box address?
We don’t deliver to PO Box addresses. We reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address isn’t secure. For example, a communal postal address. If this affects your order, we’ll notify you as soon as possible.
What countries do you ship too?
We currently only ship inside the UK.
What's your refund policy?

Can I return an item I no longer want?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Products can only be returned if unopened, unused and have original seals intact. See our Refund and Returns Policy for more info.
How long will my refund take?
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 3-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
How will I know if my payment has gone through?
If your order has gone through successfully you will see an order confirmation message on the website and receive an order confirmation email to let you know we have it.
Can I place an order to a different address?
Yes, you will have the option to choose a delivery address during the checkout process – this can be different from the billing address.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if you change your mind please let us know as soon as possible as once orders have been processed it will be too late to cancel an order. In which case see our Refund and Returns Policy to return any unwanted items.
What if I'm sent the wrong item?

2. Product Name
3. Details of the fault
4. Any images that support the fault, if applicable

Why didn't I get an order confirmation email?
The order may not have reached us or been completed.
If you did not receive an email within 5 minutes of placing your order please check your spam folder.
